Kolkata: The political dispute over an alleged egg-pelting incident involving Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has intensified, with the TMC leader questioning the security arrangements during her constituency visit in West Bengal.

Moitra claimed that protesters targeted her convoy while she was attending a programme in Nadia district. The incident has now turned into a fresh political confrontation between the Trinamool Congress and BJP.
