Meerut: BJP national president Nitin Nabin on Monday started his two-day Uttar Pradesh visit, putting the spotlight on western Uttar Pradesh as the party intensifies its organisational activities ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.
The visit is centred around a detailed ground review of the political landscape, booth-level preparedness and coordination between the party’s central leadership, state unit and grassroots network. From Meerut to Saharanpur, Nabin’s schedule includes meetings with party workers, legislators, former public representatives and organisational office-bearers.

During his visit, Nabin paid tribute at the Indian National Army Martyrs Memorial and Park before participating in organisational programmes.
His schedule included a youth conference at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University and a Shakti Kendra conference aimed at strengthening coordination among grassroots functionaries. The Shakti Kendra meetings form a crucial part of the BJP’s organisational framework, focusing on booth-level management, voter outreach mechanisms and communication between local workers and senior leadership.
