New Delhi: Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke on Sunday alleged that Delhi Police had cut off sanitation facilities at Jantar Mantar soon after climate activist and education reformer Sonam Wangchuk began his hunger strike at the protest site.
In a post on X, Dipke claimed that there was “no water connection and hygiene measures” available for protesters. He further alleged that despite repeated requests and concerns raised over Wangchuk’s age and health, the police were not cooperating.

Dipke said the protesters feared that other basic facilities could also be withdrawn. His remarks came on the day Wangchuk began his hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in support of the ongoing CJP-led protest.
