Adam Zampa was out of the entire IPL due to injury. Adam Zampa suffered shoulder injury three weeks ago.

After that Sunrisers Hyderabad chose Smran Ravichandran, who has played 7 first class matches, 10 List A matches and 6 T20 matches, as his replacement.

However, Smran Ravichandran also got injured and was out of the tournament. The nature of Smran Ravichandran's injury is not yet known.

Who Is Harsh Dubey?

22 year old Harsh Dubey is made his List A debut on 28 February 2021, for Vidarbha in the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy and Twenty20 debut on 4 November 2021, for Vidarbha in the 2021–22 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

He broke the record for the most wickets in a Ranji Trophy season ever. In this match he picked up 69 wickets, with seven five-wicket hauls, in Vidarbha's run to the 2024-25 title.
Harsh also broke Ashutosh Aman's record of 68 wickets in the 2018-19 season for the huge milestone.

Harsh Dubey had moderate returns in the white-ball formats - 21 wickets from 20 innings at an average of 34.66 in List A cricket and nine wickets from 16 bowling innings with an economy rate of 6.78 in T20s.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Status

IPL 2024 finalist Sunrisers Hyderabad is struggling a lot in this season. The aggressive attitude while batting was the biggest strength of the team last season, but this year it has failed due to inconsistency. Players like Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma have sometimes succeeded and sometimes failed, while Ishan Kishan has performed poorly after scoring a century in the first match.
