Mumbai: The Mumbai Police on Friday stated that they have not been able to trace podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, as his phone is switched off and he has remained incommunicado.
Samay Raina Gets More Time to Record Statement
Besides, comedian Samay Raina has been given more time to appear before the police to record his statement in a case related to Allahbadia's controversial remarks.
Police have given Raina time till March 10 to appear before them in connection with the matter.
'Raina in US'
Police said that Raina's lawyer met senior police officials to seek more time, saying his client was in the US.
Allahbadia had earlier urged the Khar police to record his statement at his residence, a request which was turned down by the police.
