Atishi slams BJP on CAG report

New Delhi: Ex-Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Atishi on Sunday accused the BJP of speading misconception over the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report. 

Addressing reporters, she said she sent the CAG reports to Delhi assembly before the election and accused the BJP of lying. 

"As CM, I had sent the CAG report to the Speaker of the Delhi assembly. These CAG reports were sent to the assembly in a sealed envelope before the elections. BJP is trying to spread the misconception that the CAG report is being presented by them," she said. 

Atishi Picked as LoP in Assembly 
During the press conference, AAP senior leader Gopal Rai said Atishi was chosen as the Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Legislative Assembly.

BJP is set to table the CAG report in the Delhi assembly on February 25 during the three-day session of the Assembly. (With Agency Reporters)
