Bounty accused charge sheeted by CBI, impersonates BJP leader in UP; Gets govt security and VIP protocol

New Delhi: An accused who claims to be a BJP leader, has been chargesheeted by the CBI, a declared criminal with a bounty of Rs 15,000 in Uttarakhand, 9 FIRs under serious sections against him in three states Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, has been conveniently befooling the system. This offender is provided with gunners by the UP police.
He is freely misusing the Ashoka emblem on his fake letter pads to get government security from the police. It has been going on years nut perhaps the UP Police is not even aware of it.
Finally, UP STF has arrested one such criminal and his associate and sent them to jail. According to Dynamite News correspondent, Anoop Chaudhary son of Juggilal, resident of village and PO Pilkhanwa, police station Raunahi, district Ayodhya and Firoz Alam son of Zameen Hasan, resident of village Bentwala, Kashipur, police station Kunda, district Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand were arrested late on Monday night from Ayodhya.
Anoop poses himself as a senior BJP functionary. He says that he has been the in-charge of Scheduled Front of Maharashtra unit of BJP, co-in-charge of Bihar state of BJP Yuva Morcha and a member of the National Working Committee of BJP Scheduled Front.
It claims to be a member of the Regional Railway Consumer Advisory Committee of the Railway Ministry and a member of the Food Corporation of India. In the side line of all these posts, he plays the game of extortion, fraud and cheating people.
In the name of taking the Prime Minister's work to the common people, Anup takes advantage of government facilities in various states. From accommodation in government guest houses to police escort, he commits various fraud. However no such facility is allowed to the members of advisory committees.
How Ghaziabad Police provided govt security and VIP protocol to him?
Ghaziabad Police has been giving government protection and all VIP protocol to this criminal for many years, that too without any investigation, just on the basis of a fake e-mail of its OSD. After all, how was a criminal facing trial in three states carrying a bounty of Rs 15,000 given a government gunner and VIP protocol?
According to the press note issued by UP STF, its Scorpio vehicle number UP 42 AB 1800 was seized in Ayodhya last night at 10.30 pm when it was going to visit temples and the gunner was sitting in the front seat.
A constable named Pawan Kumar got down from the vehicle, his PNO number is 062511227 and he informed about his posting in Ghaziabad district.
The accused Anup who has been arrested by UP STF is alleged to have collected crores of rupees by cheating people through a company which he formed exclusively for this.

According to a press note, Anoop told the STF that he is currently a non-official member of the Regional Railway Users Consultative Committee, Northern Railway and Food Corporation of India, Ministry of Food and Public Distribution, Consumer Affairs, Government of India. At present, he lives in Sector 5, Vaishali, District Ghaziabad.
Anup said that in the name of taking the message of Prime Minister’s initiatives of public interest, to common people, he has taken a gunner from District Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate for his security. He had come to Lucknow from Chennai and had called his driver Firoz Alam and his gunner Pawan Kumar from Ghaziabad to Lucknow.
Used to send e-mail through OSD
Anup in fact is quite cunning so much so that to project his fraud as real, he had appointed an OSD named Srinivas Narala. He had sent a letter through e-mail to the District Magistrate/Senior Superintendent of Police/Chief Medical Officer, Ayodhya for accommodation and security arrangements in the Circuit House. Legally Anup is not authorized for these facilities. During his visit to Etawah and Chennai, he enjoyed full VIP facilities.
