Rampur: Bhartiya Janata Party's Ghanshyam Singh Lodhi wins by-poll in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur seat. Ghanshyam Singh Lodhi secured 51.96 percent votes and won by a margin of more than 37,000 votes, against Samajwadi Party candidate Asim Raja
