Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission to get new Chairman soon

The appointment process is set to begin shortly. Notably, the post of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) Chairman has been vacant for quite sometime. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) is set to get its new Chairman soon. Notably, the post of the Chairman was vacant for long since retired Judge Jayant Nath resigned as interim Chairman.

The appointment process is set to begin shortly, bringing much-needed stabilty to the commission.  

It is pertinent to mention that the regular Chairman of the DERC could not be appointed due to a tussle between AAP erstwhile Delhi government and Central government.
