Dreaded criminal Sunil of Excel gang arrested by UP STF; carried a reward of Rs 50K
The Excel gang absconding notorious criminal of nomadic tribe has been arrested in Bulandshahr. Full report on Dynamite News:
Lucknow: The UP STF on Monday arrested Sunil alias Sawal, a notorious criminal of Excel gang. He belongs to a nomadic tribe.
The accused was arrested in Bulandshahr. He is originally from Thana Jora, District Morena, Madhya Pradesh.
Sunil is wanted in a number of cases registered against him in various police stations of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.
The arrested accused carried a reward of Rs. 50,000 and was on the run since 2019.
Excel gang was infamous for committing highway robberies. The gang would throw motor excels in front of the moving vehicles on the highways to stop them. And then rob the occupants and flee away.
Later, the gang would puncture the tires by fixing sharp nails on the roads.
