Bengaluru: Kannada actor and Bigg Boss Kannada host Kichcha Sudeep’s mother, Saroja Sanjeev, passed away on Sunday. She was 86. 

According to reports, Saroja Sanjeev breathed her last around 7 am at a private hospital in Bengaluru where she had been receiving treatment for age-related illness.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, Former state Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, BJP state President B Y Vijayendra were among those who expressed grief over her demise. 

Several film industry personalities were seen arriving to pay last respects to the departed soul. 

According to reports, her last rites will be performed in the evening on Sunday.
