"A beautiful journey so far but I wish I could turn back the clock. I'd find you sooner and love you longer. Thinking of you keeps me awake. Dreaming of you keeps me asleep. Being with you keeps me alive. I love you my gorgeous girlfriend @theshilpashetty now and till my heart beats it's last!" he captioned the clip, which looked back at the couple's journey so far.

Shilpa's younger sister Shamita Shetty also took to Instagram to wish her 'darling Munki' on her birthday.
