Ahmedabad: Riding on Shreyas Iyer's unbeaten 97 runs knock, Gujarat Titans set a mammoth taget of 244 runs for Punjab Kings in IPL match at the Narendra Modi Stadium here. 

GT skipper Iyer hit 9 sixes and 5 fours during his scintilating knock. He played only 42 balls. However, he could not score his first hundred in the IPL. 

Besides Iyer, Priyansh Arya scored 47 runs off 23 balls while Shashank Singh scored 44* runs off 16 balls. 

For Punjab, Sai Kishore was the pick of the bowlers as he got three wickets after conceding 30 runs in his four overs quota.
