New Delhi: Table tennis player Manika Batra's father Girish Batra passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest.
According to Dynamite News correspondent, her father breathed his last on Tuesday and his last rites was also performed on the same day in Delhi's Inderpuri area.
The paddler won a gold medal each in the women's singles and women's team event in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
She also won a women's doubles silver and mixed doubles bronze in the same quaderenial event. (With Agency Inputs)
