Uttar Pradesh Congress Gets New State President, 6 Others Also Given Important Responsibility

All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Brijlal Khabri as the new President of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee. Besides, 6 other leaders have been made Prantiya Adhyaksha. Read more on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Brijlal Khabri as the new President of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee. Besides, 6 other leaders have been made Prantiya Adhyaksha.

They are: Nasimuddin Siddiqui, Ajay Rai, Virendra Chaudhary, Nakul Dubey, Anil Yadav (Etawah) and Yogesh Dixit.

 

In UP the AICC has made six Prantiya Adhyakshas along with one State President. This is a new experiment in the UP politics. The State has been divided into six divisions namely- Purvanchal, Awadh, Prayag, Bundelkhand, Braj and Paschim (West) zones. Every zone will be headed by a Prantiya Adhyaksha.

During the last UP Legislative Assembly elections, Ajay Kumar Lallu was the State Congress President.
