New Delhi: In response to the intense heat and dusty Indian climate, Panasonic has launched its new 2026 air conditioner lineup in India. The company has simultaneously introduced 57 new residential AC models. The highlight of this new series is DustBuster dust control technology, specifically designed to reduce the impact of dust on cooling. The new models are available in a variety of options, including inverter, smart, and hot-and-cold.
Panasonic's new AC models are priced starting at ₹32,490. The lineup includes 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star inverter models, catering to different budgets and needs. The 5-Star series features a new dark gray exterior design called Amaze Facia, with chrome detailing. All models are available at major retail stores, leading e-commerce platforms, and Panasonic brand shops.
The DustBuster technology incorporated into the new AC series helps reduce dust buildup in the outdoor unit. According to the company, after the AC is turned off, the fan is reversed to remove dust. Dust buildup reduces cooling efficiency over time, which this system helps control. This feature was developed keeping in mind the dusty environment of Indian cities and towns.
The new range is designed to operate in temperatures up to 55 degrees Celsius and is claimed to deliver full cooling capacity at 48 degrees Celsius in test conditions. The units feature 100% copper coils and Shield Blu+ anti-corrosion coating for increased durability. These ACs can operate without a stabilizer and are designed to handle voltage fluctuations.
The nanoe technology in the ACs helps purify the air and reduce odors and pollutants. Wi-Fi models with the MirAIe platform allow users to control, track energy, and receive service support via mobile. Additionally, features like Converti8 and AI-based Adaptive Cooling automatically adjust cooling according to needs.
