Vivo is launching its V70 series in India on February 19, including the V70 and V70 Elite. The Elite model features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, 1.5K OLED display, ZEISS triple camera, 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and premium design with IP68-IP69 rating.

New Delhi: Vivo is set to launch its new Vivo V70 series in India on February 19th. This lineup will include the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite, targeted at the mid-range and premium mid-range segments. Both smartphones will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and have already generated buzz for their features and performance ahead of launch.
The previous Vivo V60 series launched in India at a starting price of ₹36,999. According to new reports, the Vivo V70 could be priced around ₹40,000, while the more powerful V70 Elite could be launched at a price point of around ₹50,000. However, the actual price will be revealed at the launch event.

The Vivo V70 Elite will feature a high-performance Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, with an AnTuTu score of over 1.8 million. With LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, gaming and multitasking are expected to be smooth.
The Vivo V70 will feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset for balanced performance. Both devices will offer a premium look with an aluminum frame and curved-edge design.
The V70 Elite will feature a 1.5K OLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and approximately 5000 nits of peak brightness. The phone will be equipped with a large 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
Both models will feature features like an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, an X-axis linear motor, and an IP68-IP69 rating, making the device more secure and offering a premium experience.

The Vivo V70 Elite will feature a ZEISS-branded triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary camera (OIS), a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and an ultra-wide lens.
The front will feature a 50MP ZEISS selfie camera with a 92-degree field of view for a better group selfie experience.
The Elite variant will come in Passion Red, Sand Beige, and Authentic Black color options, while the V70 will come in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow.
With a powerful camera, a large battery, and flagship-level performance, the Vivo V70 series could offer strong competition in the Indian smartphone market.
