Mumbai: The American electric car manufacturer, Tesla, has indicated that it may launch its humanoid robot, Optimus, in India in the future. However, the company has clarified that this step will only be taken when the timing is right.

Isabel Fan, Tesla’s Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC), stated that the company's objective is to introduce its products in India—just as they have been introduced in other countries—at the appropriate time.
She also mentioned that mass production of Optimus could commence in the United States by the end of this year.
