Both Houses Rocked Over Amit Shah’s Absence
The proceedings in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were disrupted with fresh protests and sloganeering, with the opposition demanding Home Minister Amit Shah’s presence and a statement on police firing on student protestors. Lok Sabha was adjourned twice over the issue while the Opposition walked in protest in Rajya Sabha.
