On Friday, 7 November, the Election Commission reported that no violations or irregularities were found at any polling station during the first phase of voting. The Commission stated that no re-polling was required at any polling station.
The Constituencies where the first phase voting will be held in the districts including Saharsa, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Gopalganj, Siwan, Vaishali, Samastipur, Begusarai, Munger, Patna, Ara, and Buxar, among others.
