Supreme Court pulls up Andhra, Delhi, J-K govts for failure to enforce rule regulating ads of AYUSH medicines
The Supreme Court on Monday directed the Andhra Pradesh, Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir governments to explain their failure in enforcing Rule 170 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, which regulates the advertisement of Ayurvedic, Siddha, and Unani (AYUSH) medicines. A must read on Dynamite News:
