Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kapil Mishra on Wednesday slammed those demanding his arrest for allegedly making inflammatory statements pertaining to North-East Delhi violence.
The Election Commission on Saturday imposed a 48-hour campaigning ban on BJP candidate from Delhi’s Model Town constituency Kapil Mishra following his controversial tweets, poll panel officials said.

Former minister Kapil Mishra was beaten up by fellow AAP MLAs inside the Delhi Assembly today as he tried to raise slogans against CM Arvind Kejriwal.
“Delhi government gave the largest allocation in budget to health and now the government doesn’t even have basic medicines for people,” Mishra said.
