A boutique owner allegedly committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling fan at a hotel room in East Delhi’s Preet Vihar area.
The incident occurred evening when the victim was sitting outside her home and her mother was busy cleaning the home.
The incident took place at around 2 a.m. in the morning when the 29 year old victim Vishal Suri along with his two friends stopped near the V3S mall to eat food.
