The government agrees to discuss ‘Operation Sindoor’ for 16 hours in parliament, opposition demands answer from PM Modi
After repeated demands from the opposition for a discussion on Operation Sindoor conducted by the Indian Army, the government has agreed to hold debates in both Houses of Parliament—16 hours in the Lok Sabha and 9 hours in the Rajya Sabha, respectively. There will be a long debate in Parliament on the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor. The opposition demands the prime minister should answer. Along with this, the opposition also demanded discussion on issues like voter list revision in Bihar and the situation in Manipur.
