External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Monday held detailed talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit. During this, he said that there has been ‘positive progress’ in the last nine months towards normalizing India-China relations. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar’s telephonic conversation with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi lasted for 75 minutes. The two Foreign Ministers discussed the situation along the LAC in Eastern Ladakh and also issues related to overall India-China relations.
