Parliament to Reconvene from April 16–18; Budget Session Extended
Parliament’s Budget Session will be extended with sittings scheduled from April 16 to 18. The government plans to discuss amendments to the Women Reservation Act and move ahead with delimitation and expansion of Lok Sabha seats based on the 2011 Census.
