Raebareli (UP), September 24: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav launched a sharp political attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government during his visit to Raebareli, raising issues related to employment, healthcare, education, law and order and social representation.

Addressing party workers, Yadav accused the BJP government of ignoring public concerns and claimed that the party’s policies had affected various sections of society. His remarks came amid preparations for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.

Akhilesh Yadav said the BJP is facing political pressure because of the PDA (Pichhda, Dalit, Alpsankhyak) outreach strategy of SP. He alleged that people belonging to PDA communities have faced a high number of legal actions under the current government. Yadav said the SP would continue to raise issues related to social justice and representation.

SP Chief Raises Employment and Agniveer Scheme Issue

Targeting the government over youth-related concerns, Akhilesh Yadav said unemployment remains a major challenge in Uttar Pradesh. He said that if the Samajwadi Party forms the government in the state, it would work towards providing permanent employment opportunities and would scrap the Agniveer recruitment scheme.

Yadav claimed that the future of young people has been affected due to government policies and said employment would remain a key issue in the upcoming elections.

Akhilesh Yadav Questions Health and Education Policies

SP chief also criticised the state government over healthcare and education facilities. He alleged that government hospitals are facing serious challenges and claimed that primary schools are being neglected. Yadav said his party would focus on improving public services if voted to power.

Raebareli Speech Focuses on 2027 UP Election Battle

During his address, Akhilesh Yadav referred to the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and appealed to SP workers to strengthen the party organisation. He said the party would contest the elections with alliance partners and expressed confidence about building support across the state.

Yadav also urged workers to maintain unity and focus on expanding the party’s reach at the grassroots level.
