New Delhi/Gorakhpur/Lucknow: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids in five states of the country. The investigation agency is conducting raids at a total of 15 locations in 5 states regarding information related to terrorist activities.
NIA is conducting raids including Uttar Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, Haryana and a total of five states.
According to the information, NIA raids are being conducted in a case related to some major financial transactions, terror funding and suspicious activities.
However, NIA has not yet issued any official statement on the matter, which has deepened the mystery.
A special team of National Investigation Agency (NIA) reached Rawatdari village in Khajni area of Gorakhpur district at 4 am on Saturday. The NIA team reached the village and started a sudden raid at the house of Panna Lal Yadav. Seeing the NIA team, sensation spread in the area. Apart from Gorakhpur, NIA team reached Jind district of Haryana at 5 am on Saturday and raided the residence of gym operator Kashish located in Sector 8. It is said that this raid in Jind is related to a suspicious bank transaction, in which Kashish transferred money from her bank account to an account which was under NIA surveillance. NIA investigation is ongoing in the case.
