Chandauli: The Ganga River has caused flooding in coastal areas of Chandauli district, especially in Bahadurpur and Ratanpur villages within the PDDU Nagar tehsil. The district authorities are fully aware of the situation. SDM Anupam Mishra and BJP MLA Ramesarai Jaiswal have visited the affected areas to check on the situation and provide necessary support.

Administrative teams are working hard to manage the flood. Multi-purpose relief centers and flood posts have been set up. Staff from health, electricity, and tehsil administration are keeping a close watch on the situation. Authorities have asked villagers to leave the flood-affected areas and move to safer places like Bharat Kendra, where arrangements have been made for their shelter, food, and medical help.
