Ayodhya: A major development has emerged from the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Amid the ongoing controversy over temple donations and management, the Trust's crucial meeting has been rescheduled from July 11 to July 6.

The meeting is expected to primarily discuss the resignations submitted by Trust General Secretary Champat Rai and Trustee Dr. Anil Mishra, who reportedly stepped down citing moral responsibility.

Impartial inquiry underway

The sudden change in the meeting date has intensified speculation in political and religious circles that the Trust wants to resolve the controversy at the earliest. However, the Trust has clarified that all donations made by devotees remain completely safe and that an impartial investigation into the matter is currently underway.

With allegations involving donations worth crores of rupees attracting nationwide attention, all eyes are now on the Trust's official decisions to be taken at the July 6 meeting.
