Bihar: Political temp shoots up as Rahul Gandhi targets Nitish govt on unemplyoment

The remarks of Rahul Gandhi have further fuelled the political temperature of Bihar ahead of state assembly election in November-December.

Patna: Leader of Opposition (LoP) Raghul Gandhi made a scathing attack on the Nitish-BJP coalition government over unemplyoment on Sundar, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

LoP Rahul Gandhi said them “they have thrown Bihar into the fire of unemployment”.

The remarks of Rahul Gandhi have further fuelled the political temperature of Bihar ahead of state assembly election in November-December.

All the other parties are also throwing their full might into the political field to win the voters support. The congress has also jumped into the election field with full power.

Not only the state leaders but a number of central leaders of the congress are making their presence felt the election arena and taking Bihar very seriously.

In this election season in Bihar Congress leaders are continuously lambasting at the ruling coalition on issues including unemployment, and deteorating law and order situation in the state.

Poll Agenda

For the upcoming Assembly Polls, the Congress-led INDIA bloc or Mahagathbandan has resorted to unemployment as the main poll agenda in its campaign against the government. In this connection the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) organised a job fair in Patna yesterday, where hundreds of aspirants registered to get jobs with private companies.

Maharojgar Mela

About the large number of youths at the fair, Rahul Gandhi said, “The crowd gathered at the ‘Maharojgar Mela’ is not just a crowd; it’s a message. The youth of Bihar now wants a future shaped by employment, not empty speeches.”

Rahul Gandhi posted on social media X on Sunday where he wrote that the youth of Bihar wants their future in employment, not speeches. A job fair was organized by the Youth Congress on Saturday.

On Instagram Rahul Gandhi wrote, 'The crowd gathered at the job fair is not just a crowd, it is a message that the youth of Bihar want employment. The BJP and Nitish government have thrown Bihar into the fire of unemployment, due to which lakhs of youth have to migrate from there for livelihood. They have to leave their village, their family, everything behind.'

He said that the youths of Bihar are hardworking and capable of any job. He said that they just need local respectable employment.

Rahul Gandhi further wrote that now the change has begun. The Congress Mahagathbandhan has brought solutions, not just assurances. 'Our focus is clear - right to skill, employment for every youth, stopping migration and every family staying together. Bihar will become prosperous on this path.'
