Ayodhya: Drones spotted in the sky; Locals alarmed as police investigate

Villagers told that strange glowing things were seen moving in the sky in Revna, Milkipur market of Inayat Nagar, Kaluwamau of Khandasa, Kotiya, Ghatauli, Nagipur, Jairajpur, Michkurhi, Jagannathpur and Tindauli villages.

Ayodhya: Unknown drones were seen flying at many places in Milkipur area in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday night. Seeing these drones, an atmosphere of fear and insecurity was created among the villagers. People remained awake till late night and this incident was also reported to the local police. The police reached the spot and inspected the spot, but no concrete information could be found about the drone.

Many people took pictures of these drone-like things and also made videos. This scene created a stir in the entire area. People kept informing each other about the drone flying through the phone.

People Considered It Suspicious Activity

Villagers say that on seeing this scene, their curiosity as well as fear increased. People considered it a suspicious activity and made various speculations on it. Some people believed that it could be part of a survey, while others considered it dangerous from the security point of view.

Harringtonganj outpost in-charge Ashish Singh also told that he has seen glowing objects in the sky, which looked like drones. He said that it is not clear at the moment who is flying it, but there is a possibility that it could be part of a route survey.

Police Started Investigation

Villagers said that after the incident, people were looking at those drones curiously despite fear. Many people tried to record this incident. The police have started investigation and increased surveillance in the surrounding areas.

The Ayodhya administration has also appealed to the citizens to immediately inform the local police as soon as they see any unknown object and not pay attention to rumors. The administration says that the safety of citizens is the top priority and the matter is being investigated seriously.
