New Delhi: Usually Fridays are spent in peace with the arrival of the weekend, but today the situation was terrifying in three states of the country. First the country's capital Delhi, then the industrial capital Mumbai and then the electoral state Bihar, bomb threats created panic in all three places one after the other.
In the past few days, 5 terrorists associated with the sleeper module of ISIS have been arrested from different parts of the country. Officials suspect that these people were active in making chemical weapons and suicide bombs. After these arrests, the bomb threat received on Friday spread fear among the people.
Delhi got the first threat
The first threat started from Delhi. On Friday afternoon, the Delhi High Court was threatened with a bomb blast through an email. In this email, addressed to the employees of the High Court, it is written that 'Pakistan and Tamil Nadu are in collusion for the blasts on Holy Friday. 3 bombs were placed in the judge's chamber/court premises. 'Vacate by 2 pm.'
As soon as this email came out, there was chaos. Security forces including Delhi Police and bomb disposal squads immediately cordoned off the area. The entire campus was evacuated for security reasons. As a precaution, fire vehicles and ambulances were deployed on the spot. The dog squad conducted a thorough search of the area.
Threat to Mumbai and Bihar too
After this, a similar email was received by the Bombay High Court. In this email too, there was a threat of bomb blast in the High Court building. After receiving the information, policemen reached the High Court and as a precaution, all judges, lawyers, employees and visitors were asked to vacate the premises. Bomb disposal squad and dog squad are present on the spot and search operations are being carried out.
There was still chaos in these two cities when similar information came from Bihar. Pakistani internet media handle posted and threatened to bomb Bihar. It was written in this post, 'On 12 September 2025, at 4 pm, we will explode bombs, if you can stop us, try to stop us.' Bomb disposal squad and dog squad have been activated and search operation is being conducted in the entire area.
Despite all these threatening emails and posts, according to the information received so far, nothing suspicious has been found. There is a possibility that this threat may be the handiwork of some anti-social element. Earlier also, many schools and institutions across the country had received bomb threats, but everything was found normal during the investigation on the spot. Security agencies are trying to identify such people.
