Nutan Nasreen's 'Gift Deed' plan

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, there has been a big revelation about Nutan Nasreen, considered close to Chhangur Baba. A few hours before the arrest, she was going to transfer her land through 'Hibanama' (gift deed) with the help of a person named Ghulam Rabbani. Ahmed Khan, who is involved with the closest warlords of Baba, confessed that the whole process was designed by Rabbani. As soon as this land was transferred, its price was to be sent to Dubai via the hawala network.

Initial investigation has made it clear that the case is not limited to just the land. The entire racket is associated with conversion, hawala, foreign funding, and connivance with government officials. Chhangur Baba's activities were spread to Balrampur, Shravasti, Santakbirnagar, and Maharajganj, where 16 institutions got missionary funding. Poor and sick families were targeted and motivated to 'complete family conversion.'

Bureau of bureaucracy exposed

There have been strong indications of joining the conspiracy on an ADM, two COs, and one inspector posted in Balrampur from 2019 to 2024. STFs were already input against some of these. Along with this, two tehsildars and several revenue personnel have also come under the scanner, who are alleged to have a blindness for Baba.

According to the information, Chhangur Baba had taken a showroom of five crore rupees on Mankapur Road in Utraula as dowry. Apart from this, illegal construction was started on 12 November 2023 on the land purchased in the name of Neetu, which was recorded in Khatauni. Despite stopping by the municipality, the work continued, which clearly gives off the smell of administrative protection.

Doubt on police too

The shocking thing is that some police officers allegedly took heavy cash and vehicles to save Chhangur Baba. In return, there was an attempt to weaken the FIR. Now all these officers are in the eyes of the investigating agencies and may be arrested soon.

Chhangur Baba's mission was not just 'Love Jihad'; his real purpose was the conversion of the whole family. With the help of missionary networks, treatment, weddings, employment, bikes, and even houses were provided. In return, a poor family changed their faith.
