Mainpuri: Police has taken a big action in the case of obscene and objectionable video of Shubham Gupta alias Ravi, son of BJP Mahila Morcha city president, going viral with a woman here in Mainpuri district. After the pornographic video went viral, two women including the wife of accused Shubham Gupta had lodged a complaint at the police station, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
After the complaint Police has arrested the accused Shubham Gupta on Monday morning.
The city Kotwali police had registered a case against the accused Neeraj Gupta under several sections along with the IT Act. City Kotwali police arrested Neeraj from the city Kotwali area on Monday morning. After arresting the accused, he has been produced in the court.

The accused Shubham Gupta runs a shop named Bhagwat Sharan Gupta Narayan Traders on Karhal Road in Kotwali police station area.
Several videos of the accused with a woman are viral
Shubham Gupta was married to Sheetal Gupta, a resident of Karhal police station area, on 20 November 2021. Sheetal Gupta alleges that a few days after the marriage, she realized that her husband Shubham alias Ravi Gupta is a very debauched person. He has illicit relations with many women. Shubham alias Ravi Gupta's wife had also lodged a complaint in this matter.
The victim wife of accused Neeraj Gupta had said in her complaint to the police that her husband shows her his obscene videos of him doing wrong things with another woman. The accused used to tell his wife that "You or your people cannot do anything to me. I have a lot of money and my family also lives with good people."
The victim told the police that when she protests, her husband beats her and every day the family members demand additional dowry along with a four-wheeler.
On the other hand, the woman seen in the obscene video with the BJP leader's son also reached the Superintendent of Police office and submitted a complaint letter. She has said in her complaint that the videos that are being made viral are with my boyfriend and that is my old video and has also alleged that the BJP leader's daughter-in-law along with two other people first asked me for money to not make the video viral. But when I refused to give money, they made my videos viral.
