‘Jana Nayagan’ Leak Sparks Outrage
New Delhi: A 5-minute footage clip from South superstar Vijay's highly anticipated film "Jana Nayagan" has been leaked, and it is rapidly going viral on social media. The clip reportedly includes Vijay's introduction scene and a portion of a song. The incident has angered the film's makers and the entire industry.
Many filmmakers and directors have strongly reacted to the film's leak. Director Arvindh Srinivasan condemned the incident, calling it extremely worrying and unacceptable. He said that making a film requires a lot of hard work, trust, and creative effort, and such incidents tarnish the dignity of the entire process.

Arvind Srinivasan also demanded that those responsible for this leak be identified. He urged the technical and editing teams to investigate the matter seriously and bring the culprits to justice. They also urged viewers not to watch or share the leaked footage and to immediately report it wherever they see it.
It is reported that the release of "Jana Nayagan" has already been postponed. The film was originally scheduled for Pongal release in January this year, but was postponed after the Censor Board referred it to the Revising Committee.
Directed by H. Vinoth, the film features several major stars, including Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, Prakash Raj, and Gautham Vasudev Menon.
The film's production house, KVN Productions, had previously announced the postponement of the film's release, stating that the decision was made out of necessity. They appealed to audiences to remain patient and continue their support for the film.
Following this incident, members of the film industry have united to speak out against piracy. They have appealed to audiences to refrain from promoting such content and to respect the hard work of cinema.
