New Delhi: Lava is gearing up to launch its next major mid-range smartphone, the Lava Agni 4 5G, in India this November. While the company has yet to announce an exact release date, a recent listing on the BIS certification website hints that the launch could be imminent. The Agni 4 is set to succeed last year’s Lava Agni 3, with notable upgrades in performance, battery, and display quality.
According to tipper @passionategeekz, the Lava Agni 4 5G has been registered on the BIS database with the model number LXX525 on September 15. This registration indicates that the smartphone has cleared regulatory approvals ahead of its launch.
Lava has already shared teaser images, revealing a sleek black design with a dual-camera module in a pill-shaped layout, giving the phone a premium look.

The Lava Agni 4 5G is expected to feature a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and an enhanced gaming experience. Powering the device is rumored to be MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 SoC, which is designed to deliver strong 5G performance and efficient multitasking.
