1. In a large bowl, add the grated beetroot, boiled and mashed potatoes, oats (or breadcrumbs), cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture.
2. Take small portions of this mixture and shape them into round, slightly flat cutlets with your hands. Make sure the cutlets are well set and do not break.
3. Heat some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the cutlets and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
4. Transfer the hot cutlets to a plate. Eat them with mint chutney or cold yogurt dip.
