New Delhi: The recent parliamentary election in Russia has given early momentum to President Vladimir Putin’s ruling United Russia party, according to preliminary results. The election gained significance as it took place amid ongoing tensions between Moscow and Kyiv, with the Russia-Ukraine conflict continuing to shape the country’s political landscape.
