Ukraine Response And Appeal

In response to these attacks, Ukraine also launched long-range strikes against several Russian targets. The Ukrainian military has specifically targeted the Russian oil industry, creating a fuel crisis. President Zelensky has requested additional air defense systems from Western countries to deter Russian airstrikes.

Civilian Life Deepens

Russia is targeting Ukraine's power supply, railway network, and infrastructure ahead of winter. This is causing civilians to face shortages of essential commodities like electricity, water, and heat. A recent attack in the city of Shostka also killed one person and injured several others.
