This US appeal includes the names of several top Iranian officials. These include prominent figures such as Esmail Khatib, Ali Asghar Hejazi, Yahya Rahim Safavi, Eskandar Momeni, and Ali Larijani.

This program is operated by the Diplomatic Security Service of the US State Department. According to the program, those with information about these officials or other senior IRGC commanders can contact them through secure channels.
Encrypted messaging platforms and secure digital channels such as the Tor network can be used to ensure the identity of the informant remains confidential.
Experts believe this move comes amid rising political and military tensions between Washington and Tehran. The US has long been trying to increase pressure on the security and intelligence networks linked to the IRGC.
