New Delhi: Donald Trump has stated that the United States no longer requires military assistance from any allied nation in the ongoing conflict against Iran. He asserted that the US military has achieved such significant success thus far that there is no longer any need for external aid.
Trump effectively rejected assistance from NATO nations, as well as allies such as Japan, Australia, and South Korea. He declared that the US was not dependent on anyone in the past, nor is it now. This statement comes at a time when he had previously appealed to several nations for assistance.
The Strait of Hormuz remains the primary focal point of this entire tension. It is one of the world's most critical maritime routes, through which approximately 20% of the global oil supply passes.
