New Delhi: There is a golden opportunity for the candidates who are looking for their future in sports. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released the official notification for the recruitment of 403 vacant posts of Head Constable (General Duty) under the sports quota, reports Dynamite News correspondent. Under this campaign, eligible male and female players can apply online through the official website of CISF (https://cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in).

403 vacant posts will be recruited under this campaign.

Application date

The process of online application for this recruitment will start on 18 May 2025 and will run till 6 June 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Educational Qualification

It is mandatory for the candidate to have passed class 12th from a recognized board. If the educational qualification is not from any state or central board, then it should be accompanied by a notification issued by the Government of India in which that qualification has been recognized as equivalent.

Age Limit

To join this recruitment, the age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as of 1st August 2025. That is, the candidate should have been born between 2nd August 2002 and 1st August 2007. Reserved categories will get age relaxation as per government rules.

Height and Chest Measurement

Under CISF Recruitment 2025, some relaxation has been given in physical standards for candidates from hilly areas, the Gorkha community, and Scheduled Tribes. The minimum height for male candidates of these categories has been fixed at 160 cm, while for female candidates it is 153 cm.

Chest Measurement (For Male Candidates Only)

For male candidates of these categories, chest measurement is mandatory to be 81 cm (without inflating) and 86 cm (with inflating). This relaxation in physical standards is given keeping in mind the special circumstances and physical conditions of these communities.

Selection Process

The selection process will be completed in two stages. The first phase will be sports trials and proficiency tests, in which the sports skills of the candidate will be evaluated. The second phase will be the physical standard test (PST), document verification, and finally the medical test. Only the candidates who are successful in all these phases will be included in the final selection list.
