New Delhi: The weather pattern across several parts of India remains active as the southwest monsoon withdrawal progresses. However, the latest India Meteorological Department (IMD) warnings for October 3 do not support claims of a blanket severe weather alert covering 15 states or storm winds reaching 65 kmph across the country.

For Delhi and Haryana, as well as both East and West Uttar Pradesh, the latest IMD warning table shows no warning for October 3. Uttarakhand, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh and Rajasthan are also currently listed without a warning for October 3.
Himachal Pradesh, however, has a thunderstorm and lightning warning for October 6 and 7, indicating that weather activity could increase in some northern and hill regions later in the week.
