New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated candidates who cleared the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025, praising their dedication and perseverance. In a message posted after the results were announced, he said their success reflects years of hard work and determination.

Modi wished the successful candidates the very best as they begin their journey of serving the nation and working toward fulfilling the aspirations of citizens.

He also shared a message for aspirants who could not secure the desired result this year, acknowledging that such moments can be challenging.

"I understand that such moments can be difficult. However, this is only one step in a larger journey. Many opportunities lie ahead, both in future examinations and in the many avenues through which you can contribute to our nation. My best wishes for the road ahead", Modi added.

The Prime Minister encouraged them to stay hopeful and continue striving, noting that many opportunities lie ahead to contribute to the country.

UPSC Recommends 958 Candidates

Earlier in the day, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2025. A total of 958 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various civil services.

The Civil Services Examination is the gateway to prestigious services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS).

The Commission clarified that the final appointments will depend on the number of vacancies reported by the Government of India for each service.

Result Access and Marksheet Details

Candidates who appeared for the examination can check and download their results from the official UPSC website by logging in with their registration number and date of birth.

UPSC also stated that marksheets of all candidates will be uploaded within 15 days of the declaration of the final results. The marks will remain available on the Commission’s website for 30 days, allowing candidates to download them during that period.

The Civil Services Examination, conducted annually by UPSC, remains one of the most competitive exams in India and attracts lakhs of aspirants every year.
