Two accused in Disha Patani firing case injured in encounter with UP STF and Delhi Police

The criminals injured in the encounter have been admitted to the Central Health Center. Police said that one of the injured criminals, Ravindra, is a resident of Rohtak, while the other, Arun, is a resident of Indian Colony, Gohna Road, Sonipat.

New Delhi: In connection with the firing incident at actress Disha Patani's house in Bareilly, the UP STF and Delhi Special Cell arrested two criminals after an encounter in Techno City. Both accused were injured by police bullets in the encounter.

Both criminals admitted to hospital

The criminals injured in the encounter have been admitted to the Central Health Center. Police said that one of the injured criminals, Ravindra, is a resident of Rohtak, while the other, Arun, is a resident of Indian Colony, Gohna Road, Sonipat.

Illegal pistol Recovered

Police recovered a Glock and a Jigana pistol from the criminals. The accused are said to be associated with the Goldy Brar gang. Both accused were involved in the firing incident at Disha Patani's house on September 12.

SP Rajkumar Mishra Statement

SP Rajkumar Mishra of the UP STF Noida Unit stated that an encounter took place with criminals in Techno City on Wednesday evening. Police acted promptly and arrested the accused.

Case Under Investigation

Police are investigating the matter thoroughly. The investigation is ongoing to determine the motive behind the firing at Disha Patni's house and to identify other suspects. The accused criminals are being interrogated.

About The Matter

According to the police, two unidentified motorcycle-borne attackers opened fire at Jagdish Patni's residence at around 3:30 pm on Friday. As soon as the incident was reported, the police team immediately reached the spot and investigation of the case was started. Bareilly SSP Anurag Arya said that five teams have been formed under the leadership of SP City and SP Crime for investigation so that the accused can be traced and arrested soon.
