What was the reason for the disaster in Dharali?

The reason for the devastating flood in Dharali village was not cloudburst. Experts believe that this flood was caused by the breaking of a glacier upstream or the bursting of a glacier lake. Earlier, cloudburst was being feared. But experts studying the weather and satellite data have given this information. When the snow on the mountains melts and the water accumulates and it suddenly flows down, floods can occur. This can happen even without heavy rain.
