A heavy downpour has led to significant loss of life and property in Dharali village. Because of the heavy rainstorm, the army camp in Harsil also got affected, and now there are worries that many soldiers might be missing.
This incident of cloudburst happened in Dharali village just ahead of Gangotri Dham. As a reult a bulk of mountain debris entered the village and threw life out of gear.
