While rainy conditions persist in some states, heat and humidity have started increasing in many plain areas after the rains stopped. The mood of the weather is different in different states.

Continuous rain in hilly states

The monsoon is still active in the hilly areas of the country. Life is getting affected there due to rain. Due to continuous rain, people are facing problems in many places, such as landslides, traffic obstruction, etc.

According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature of Delhi may increase further in the coming 3-4 days, which will increase the humidity further.

Monsoon may become active again in Uttar Pradesh

At present, the monsoon has weakened a bit in Uttar Pradesh, but the Meteorological Department has indicated that a period of heavy rain may start in the state from September 11. Especially in many districts of eastern UP, rain is likely with strong winds, while the western parts will remain cloudy and humid.

Situation of Bihar, Rajasthan, and other states

Light to moderate and heavy rain is expected in Bihar till September 13. The monsoon is currently active in Rajasthan, and clouds will remain camped for the next 4 days. However, there is less chance of heavy rain in Jaipur, and there is a possibility of an increase in temperature.

Heavy rain alert in Northeast and Western India

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain for northeastern states like Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and Nagaland. Along with this, heavy rain is also expected in Gujarat and Odisha.
