New Delhi: According to the latest forecast from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), temperatures in Delhi-NCR will steadily rise from February 25 to March 2. Especially between February 26 and March 2, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 33°C. The night or minimum temperature is also expected to remain around 17°C.
This means that the weather in Delhi-NCR will be warm and slightly humid both day and night during Holi. People may experience some increased heat in the sun. The IMD has also stated that a detailed weather forecast for Holi will be issued in the next 24 hours.

It is expected that the maximum temperature in Delhi-NCR will reach 33–34 degrees Celsius before Holi. Night temperatures are expected to remain around 17 degrees Celsius. This means that the sun will be strong during the day, and people will face scorching heat.
During this period, people are advised to take measures to avoid mild heat and sunburn. Especially the elderly and children should be cautious in hot weather.
The impact of Western Disturbance may be felt on February 27. Some areas will remain partly cloudy on this day, and temperatures are expected to be slightly above normal. Light rain may occur in some areas of the state on February 28.
Due to the active Western Disturbance in Haryana, rain is expected in areas of NCR that fall into Haryana. This rain may provide some relief from the heat and sunshine.
